Each bottle of Cherrapunji Gin is distilled in small batches using a hybrid still designed for precision and character. From vapor infusion of delicate botanicals to long rests in steel holding tanks, the entire process is governed by the Northeast’s air, elevation, and seasonal rhythms.

Our sourcing philosophy is simple but radical: use native botanicals that have never found their way into traditional gins. From forest-grown smoked cardamom to second-flush tea from the Lushai Hills, we source hyper-local, often foraged ingredients from the states of Meghalaya, Assam, Sikkim, Mizoram, and Arunachal.

Each botanical has a story, a reason, and a place. We work closely with farming communities and indigenous foragers, ensuring that every harvest honours both plant and person.
